We chose South Pointe for our repairs after getting rear ended as it was one of our Insurance company's preferred vendors. Our experience was 10/10, 5 stars. They were super responsive and quick, and the repairs were thorough and complete. As a bonus, they detailed the car from top to bottom and inside and out. As a result of getting rear ended, we now how a fully repaired and LIKE NEW detailed vehicle. Above and beyond.

Just wanted to thank Kevin and staff for the work they did on my vehicle. Kevin kept me in the loop with regard to time frame and was pleasant to deal with which was much appreciated. There were some complex issues being an out of country accident but he was very helpful. The major repair was handled quickly and the car looks like new. The detailing was nice touch too.
